alright. so i did SO well yesterday. but today my boyfriend took me out for lunch and i ate WAY too much. he doesnt like to see me not eating. i ate soup and a bun from tim hortons. which is probalby like 600 calories RIGHT TEHRE! I CAN NOT SCREW UP THIS TIME! and then i had a whole pack of mentos because after that i just feel like binging. but i wont. no more to eat today. Current Mood: sad
